Founder & Director
Matthew Mozynski founded NBTS with the objective to give athletes more exposure to attract college coaches. A former NCAA Division 1 standout at Campbell University, Mozynski started four consecutive years while winning National Player of the Week, Conference Team of the Year, and multiple Team of the Week awards. Following his college career, he competed in Canada and the Dominican Republic at the semi-professional and professional levels. In addition to his playing career, Mozynski has experience coaching at the youth level and assisting at Meredith College. He has been through the college recruitment process as player and as a coach which strengthens the NBTS network.
Lead Coach & Scout
Fabrice Shema joined the NBT brand from previously coaching at FDS. Originally from Rwanda, Fabrice moved to the USA and played college soccer at Virginia University. While playing for the ACC powerhouse, Fabrice helped his team win the D1 NCAA National Championship. He has a background in fitness and nutrition, so he leads the Fit Performance program of NBT Soccer.
Dayana Chavarria Cruz creates all the media for NBTS. Originally from Costa Rica, Chavarria studied at the Universidad Hispanoamericana de Costa Rica. She has a background in graphic design and develops all the NBTS social media marketing. She has a strong passion for soccer and played throughout her life. Her favorite team is Real Madrid because of her hometown hero, Keylor Navas. She can help with translation for any families that feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Se habla español.
Lead International Scout
Marco Kuemmerle is the lead international scout for NBTS. Originally from Germany, he began his youth career playing in the SSV Reutlingen 1905 academy. He left the former second Bundesliga team to sign a professional contract with TSG Balingen at the age of 15. He moved on to pursue playing opportunities in Canada and the USA. Now, travels between Germany and the USA playing and coaching youth players.
